We provide a range of support and accommodation services to people with mental health problems to promote independent living within the community. Services include a range of supported accommodation, structured support packages based on individual needs, advice, information and practical assistance with welfare rights, housing, budgeting, benefits, using community services, social matters, a small grants scheme and social events. Specialist services are delivered via a range of projects including a Housing with Support Project, Floating Support Project and the Aberfa Project. Our aims are:

To enable individuals with mental health needs to access accommodation which is appropriate for their needs in terms of size, security of tenure, location and affordability |

To provide support which enables individuals to manage their home and meet their tenancy responsibilites |

To support individuals to access and use appropriate community facilities, for leisure, socialising, day care, employment, learning and self expression as appropriate to their needs |

To establish and build support and a sense of ownership from our service users and other stakeholders |
