Services are delivered by our Support Teams which provide a dedicated support service to clients in their own homes focused around Individual Support Plans. Our main projects are: Housing with Support We manage a portfolio of furnished properties in Swansea and in Neath Port talbot, mainly one bedroom flats and studio apartments, through partnerships with local housing organisations.
